WARREN

is a two year old, neutered tabby. He was found as a stray, but he's just about the nicest cat you could hope to meet. This boy just wants to be loved, get fed, and maybe find a comfy cozy spot in a sunny window to curl up for his afternoon nap.

SWEETIE

was returned to us at no fault of her own. She is a loving 11-yr old, spayed female who is looking to spend her senior days basking in the sun, or laying on a warm lap.

Sweetie qualifies for our Seniors for Seniors Program.

RICK

is a one year old neutered male black and white cat. This handsome guy has a serious look on his face that makes him seem a little unapproachable, but it's just a front. He is nervous about new people, but once he gets a chance to warm up he is a sweet, affectionate boy. He loves getting pet and scratched all over, and will purr and knead to show how happy he is.

SUN SPOT

was found as a stray and brought to us so he would have a warm safe place to live before winter came. We estimate that he is about 8 years old, and he is FIV positive. Since he was living as a stray for a long time, he is frightened of people, but we believe that with gentle socialization he will come around. He would appreciate a quiet, patient home where he can settle in at his own pace and feel safe.

TAYLOR

is a two year old spayed female tuxedo cat. She is not confident around unfamiliar people or situations, but once she gets a chance to warm up to you she really is a sweet girl. She likes chin scratches and will lean into your hand and start to purr softly when you find a good spot.

WOBBLE

is a 5-month old, spayed Bombay. Wobble was born with cerebellar hypoplasia. She would require a home that could keep her in a confined, padded space, where her litter box could be kept close by while unsupervised.

She is a very playful girl, who is learning how to walk on her back legs as best as she knows how. She does get tired quickly, but with regular exercise this may get better. She has already come a long way, and is very resilient.

BALSAM

is a neutered male brown tabby who we estimate to be just a little over a year old. He was found as a stray, and is not comfortable with people.

Though he has settled in some since he first arrived, he still will not allow people to touch or handle him.

Balsam gets along well with other cats and feels more comfortable when he has cat friends around.

TINA

is a spayed female tortie and about 2 years old. She was brought in as a local stray with her daughter Beyoncé. She has been living as a stray for a while. Both girls are nervous of people and will need a patience home.

VADER

has chosen the Dark Side... if, by Dark Side, you mean any shadowy hiding spot she can find. This nine-year-old black cat is under-socialized with people and is uncomfortable being approached or handled. Due to infections, she had to have all of her teeth removed. Although she is healthier and more comfortable now, she finds her lack of teeth disturbing, making her behavior insecure and guarded.

Vader may never be a cat who wants to be pet or cuddled, but she would appreciate a safe, quiet home without young children or dogs, where she can settle in and relax with a full belly.

CARL

is a 10-yr old, neutered male, who was found as a local stray. When he was found it was determined he had a broken leg which needed to be repaired. Despite all this he remains sweet, and loving. He is a confident boy who doesn't mind the company of other cats, we are unsure about dogs.

CARMENGIA

is a 6-year old diabetic Tabby. She is spayed and current on all vaccines. She takes her insulin injections well and is on a glucose diet. Despite all that she is a loving girl, she loves to show her affection by rubbing all over your legs. Carmengia would like to be the only cat in the home.

PAUL WALKER

is our 9-year-old neutered male snowshoe cat, who came to us when his previous owners could no longer take care of him.

We are sad to say that Paul has been diagnosed with Leukemia (cancer). We are hoping he can live the rest of his life in a nice quiet home. Paul remains in good spirits, and has become quite friendly with staff and volunteers. He does require a daily medication. We do not know his life expectancy.

Paul is shy and easily startled by sudden sounds and movements, but he loves to be pet on his head and gently brushed. Once Paul finds a quiet forever home, we know he will be a sweet, loving companion for his new family.
