NURSE CHUNY

is a 4-year-old black and white female, who was brought to the shelter with her two sisters when their previous owner was no longer able to care for them. She is a little nervous in this new environment, but we think with time she will settle nicely into her new home. She can be shy with new people and may not let you pet her right away, but she does enjoy rubbing against your legs and talking to you.

McKINLEY

is the first one to greet you when you visit the condo cage. He came from a house with too many cats. He has a truly unique personality: friendly yet independent, inquisitive yet reserved, fun yet serious - a real character. And he is very active, either on patrol or you might see him running on the cat wheel.  But most of all, he longs to be part of a family where he can be the master of his universe, and your heart.

SPOT

is an 11-year old boy. He was adopted about a year ago with his best friend Juniper. He came back because his house did unfortunately burn down. He is on the shy side and takes comfort in his buddy Juniper.

CAULIFLOWER

is a 7-year old FIV positive neutered male. He was found hanging around a feral cat colony but he was too friendly to live there which is probably why he got beat up. He got his name for the malformed ear he has. Cauliflower came in with bite wounds so he had to be quarantined for 6 months. Due to the location of the wounds he will always have a bit of a limp when he walks. Now he knows he's finally free and ready for a home of his own where he'll live indoors.

FELICIA

came to us because she was living in an overly crowded home. She is very shy, but with time she may come around. She is small girl weighing in about 7lbs. She most likely would like a quiet place to call home. Felicia is about 5 yrs old.

STORMTROOPER

is a one-year-old cat with a beautiful, pure white coat. Though she has been liberated from the Empire, she still suspects that everyone around her could be a Rebel. Because of this, she is not tolerant of other cats or young children, and certainly not of dogs. Stormtrooper is shy around new people, but we think with gentle socialization she could come out of her shell. She is aiming for a home with someone who will be patient enough to earn her trust and let her get comfortable in her own time.

NURSE JACKIE

is a beautiful 4-year-old Calico, who was brought to the shelter with her two sisters when their previous owner was no longer able to care for them. She is a little nervous in this new environment and tends to be shy, but is beginning to come around. Once she gets comfortable with you, she enjoys gentle pets and scratches behind her ear.

NURSE HALEH

is a 9-year-old female black cat with striking yellow eyes. She was brought to the shelter with her two sisters when their previous owner was no longer able to care for them. She is quite nervous in this new environment, and is shy with people she doesn't know. We think she would appreciate a quiet home, with a patient family who would let her settle in at her own pace.

CARMENGIA

is a 6-year old diabetic Tabby. She is spayed and current on all vaccines. She takes her insulin injections well and is on a glucose diet. Despite all that she is a loving girl, she loves to show her affection by rubbing all over your legs. Carmengia would like to be the only cat in the home.

ADA

is pretty black cat who is sweet natured and enjoys attention yet is independent. She has a thyroid condition that requires daily medication at a very modest cost, but otherwise is very healthy and longs for her forever home.

Ada qualifies for AWS Seniors to Seniors Program where adoption fees are waived for seniors (over 60) who adopt a senior cat.
