OBSIDIAN

is a six year old spayed female. She was quite cautious when she first got to the shelter, and may need a little time to warm up to new people and places. Once she gets comfortable, though, she is a nice, easygoing girl who moves to the beat of her own drum.

MICHELLE

is about 8 years old and was signed over with Talon and others when their owners could no longer care for them properly. She isn't well socialized with people and prefers the companionship of Talon and other cats.

She's in early renal failure and is on a kidney diet. She would love a place to call her own. She does well other cats.

FLUFF

is a nine month old spayed female with an adorably unruly coat of long gray fur. She is on the shy side, taking her time to decide if she feels safe. She's still pondering whether or not she will ever like getting picked up, but she has decided that a good scratch on the head is the best feeling in the world.

MEDINA

is a lovely two year old spayed female cat. She came to us as a pregnant stray, and she did an amazing job of raising seven beautiful kittens in a foster home. Now that they're all settled in with families of their own, Medina is back at the shelter and looking for her forever family!

Medina is affectionate and inquisitive, and will be an excellent companion.

SHENZI

is a spayed female tuxedo cat, about a year and a half in age. She always looks surprised, with her wide golden eyes and the white exclamation point-shaped marking on her face. She is nervous around new people, but she is a nice cat who does warm up to you in time.

VADER

has chosen the Dark Side... if, by Dark Side, you mean any shadowy hiding spot she can find. This nine-year-old black cat is under-socialized with people and is uncomfortable being approached or handled. Due to infections, she had to have all of her teeth removed. Although she is healthier and more comfortable now, she finds her lack of teeth disturbing, making her behavior insecure and guarded.

Vader may never be a cat who wants to be pet or cuddled, but she would appreciate a safe, quiet home without young children or dogs, where she can settle in and relax with a full belly.

She is about 16 yrs old. She would like a nice quiet home where she can spend the rest of her retirement in comfort.

CARMENGIA

is a 6-year old diabetic Tabby. She is spayed and current on all vaccines. She takes her insulin injections well and is on a glucose diet. Despite all that she is a loving girl, she loves to show her affection by rubbing all over your legs. Carmengia would like to be the only cat in the home.

PAUL WALKER

is our 9-year-old neutered male snowshoe cat, who came to us when his previous owners could no longer take care of him. We are sad to say that Paul has been diagnosed with cancer. He is currently happy and comfortable here in our care, and we have decided it's in his best interests to live out the rest of his life with us in hospice care.

This boy is extremely sensitive to change, so we fear the stress of moving again could quickly cause his health to go downhill.

Even though Paul has found his forever home here in the shelter, you can still help him by becoming a sponsor to help cover the cost of his medical care. He also asked us to mention that his favorite food is Weruva brand pate, in case any of his admirers want to send him a gift.
